My boyfriend and I brought home this baby bear last night ->
I’m sOo in love ❤
We named him Bruin. He’s 9 weeks old and a total fluff ball. I’m not kidding when I say that I’ve asked for a puppy every single day, multiple times a day for the last 5 years. While I do have a dog that I grew up with at my parents house in NJ that I absolutely adore, I’ve always wanted a pup to raise on my own. This is why all my dreams came true yesterday -> it FINALLY happened. He’s mine (ours) all mine! I really think that I’m still in shock & it hasn’t hit me yet. I just can’t believe I have my own puppy! I’ve never been happier in my life! I’m so excited to watch him learn & grow (but not too fast) and to teach him to be my running buddy!

Congratulations! I know that having a dog has changed my life for the better the past year, so I know you’re going to be so happy. It takes a lot of work, but seeing that face every day makes it worth it 🙂 Good luck with training!

How cute is he! I grew up with dogs and when I got married we couldn’t have pets in the apartment we lived in and let me tell you it was quite a culture shock to not have my fur babies there. Needless to say, we didn’t stay there long. I hope he makes the perfect running buddy! I have a mini aussie that runs with me twice a week and he is better than any accountability partner ever! I mean really I can not say no to those “please take me with you” eyes!! Enjoy your new addition!
